The Renault Taliant is a subcompact sedan (B-segment) sold by French car manufacturer Renault since 2021.[2][3] Developed as a successor to the Renault Logan or Symbol, the vehicle shared its platform with the third-generation Dacia Logan. The name “Taliant” was derived from the word “talent”.[4]

The Taliant was revealed in Turkey on 11 March 2021,[5] and went on sale on 24 May 2021.[6][7] The vehicle is largely based on the third-generation Dacia Logan sedan, sharing the same bodywork with changes on the front fascia, rear fascia, and side door shoulder lines. As with the Logan, the Taliant is based on the CMF-B LS platform.[8][9] It is 42 mm (1.7 in) longer, 113 mm (4.4 in) wider and 16 mm (0.6 in) lower than its predecessor, the Logan/Symbol, with an increase of wheelbase by 14 mm.
