P\u00f4vod \u017eivota ka\u017edop\u00e1dne treba h\u013eada\u0165 d\u00e1vno pred obdob\u00edm vzniku bunky. Nebunkov\u00e9 organizmy (Subscellulata) len zdanlivo nemo\u017eno pova\u017eova\u0165 za typick\u00e9 \u017eiv\u00e9 organizmy. Ide pritom hlavne o&nbsp;RNA, ktor\u00fa mo\u017eno pova\u017eova\u0165 za prim\u00e1rnu l\u00e1tku \u017eivota, \u00fa\u010das\u0165&nbsp;DNA&nbsp;a&nbsp;bielkov\u00edn&nbsp;bola len neskor\u0161\u00edm zlep\u0161en\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 aspekty samotn\u00e9ho vzniku t\u00fdchto syst\u00e9mov sa u\u017e podarilo laborat\u00f3rne dok\u00e1za\u0165 v sl\u00e1vnom&nbsp;Millerovom&nbsp;pokuse z roku&nbsp;1953, pri ktorom sa podarilo dok\u00e1za\u0165 vznik&nbsp;aminokysel\u00edn&nbsp;a&nbsp;nukleotidov&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;stavebn\u00fdch kame\u0148ov bielkov\u00edn a nukleov\u00fdch kysel\u00edn&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;za podmienok praatmosf\u00e9ry.
