Takto, jak ho pojmenoval a definoval psycholog\u00a0Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, je za\u0159azen do\u00a0pozitivn\u00ed psychologie\u00a0a mluv\u00ed se o n\u011bm v souvislosti s mnoha oblastmi lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota.[1]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle Csikszentmihalyiho je flow stav naprosto soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9&nbsp;motivace. Je to c\u00edlev\u011bdom\u00e9 zaujet\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m \u010dlov\u011bk pln\u011b ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 sv\u00e9&nbsp;emoce, kter\u00e9 mu pom\u00e1haj\u00ed k lep\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdkonu v jeho \u010dinnosti. Ve flow nejsou emoce pouze ovl\u00e1dnuty a usm\u011brn\u011bny, ale pozitivn\u011b nalad\u011bny a zapojeny do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u00fakolu. Pokud je \u010dlov\u011bk otr\u00e1ven\u00fd nebo znepokojen\u00fd, v\u011bt\u0161inou nem\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout flow. Zn\u00e1mkou flow je pocit spont\u00e1nn\u00ed radosti, nad\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159i prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Flow je ale tak\u00e9 popisov\u00e1n jako hlubok\u00e9 soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b na vykon\u00e1vanou aktivitu[2]&nbsp;\u2013 ne na sebe nebo vlastn\u00ed emoce. Tuto aktivitu naz\u00fdv\u00e1 Csikszentmihalyi autotelickou, vykon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti je samo o sob\u011b c\u00edlem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flow m\u00e1 mnoho stejn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed (pozitivn\u00edch aspekt\u016f) jako stav&nbsp;hyperfocus&nbsp;(kter\u00fd se vyskytuje nap\u0159\u00edklad u osob s&nbsp;ADHD&nbsp;\u010di jin\u00fdmi&nbsp;poruchami pozornosti). Nicm\u00e9n\u011b hyperfocus nen\u00ed definov\u00e1n v podobn\u011b v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch term\u00ednech, kter\u00e9 by vysv\u011btlily tr\u00e1ven\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9ho \u010dasu hran\u00edm videoher nebo p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pohlcen\u00ed jedn\u00edm aspektem \u00fakolu nebo \u00falohy na \u00fakor jin\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee hyperfocus sice nadchnout osobu, ale sebrat j\u00ed pocit soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed, nebo ji donut\u00ed spustit n\u011bkolik projekt\u016f, z nich\u017e dokon\u010d\u00ed pouze m\u00e1lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovorov\u00e9 v\u00fdrazy pro stejn\u00fd nebo podobn\u00fd stav jsou:\u00a0b\u00fdt v p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9m okam\u017eiku, v z\u00f3n\u011b, p\u0159ipojen\u00fd, v rytmu, b\u00fdt zap\u00e1len\u00fd, vylad\u011bn\u00fd, koncentrovan\u00fd, ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9 dimenzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Komponenty flow<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakamura a Csikszentmihalyi identifikovali n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0161est faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed zku\u0161enosti z flow.<sup>[3]<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Intenzivn\u00ed a soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e1 koncentrace na p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd okam\u017eik.<\/li><li>Slou\u010den\u00ed akce a pov\u011bdom\u00ed.<\/li><li>Ztr\u00e1ta sebereflexe.<\/li><li>Pocit sebeovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a nadhledu nad situac\u00ed \u010di akc\u00ed.<\/li><li>Ztr\u00e1ta pojmu o \u010dase a subjektivn\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasu.<\/li><li>Zku\u0161enost z pr\u00e1ce je vnit\u0159n\u011b obohacuj\u00edc\u00ed a mnohdy je zku\u0161enost samo\u00fa\u010deln\u00e1.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto aspekty se mohou objevit nez\u00e1visle na sob\u011b, ale pouze v kombinaci tvo\u0159\u00ed tzv. flow pro\u017eitek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edmi vlastostmi flow mohou b\u00fdt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jasn\u00e9 c\u00edle. Jejich \u00farove\u0148 p\u0159itom mus\u00ed p\u0159edstavovat pro \u010dlov\u011bka v\u00fdzvu, jej\u00ed\u017e dosa\u017een\u00ed klade n\u00e1roky na jeho dovednosti, ale obt\u00ed\u017enost \u00fakolu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 a \u0161ance \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b ho dokon\u010dit dostate\u010dn\u011b vysok\u00e1.<\/li><li>Jednozna\u010dn\u00e1, okam\u017eit\u00e1 zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba.<\/li><li>Pocit hlubok\u00e9ho zaujet\u00ed \u00fakolem, ani\u017e c\u00edt\u00edme zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed n\u00e1mahu.
